ever since I installed Windows 7 Internet Explore freezes all the time, Outlook 2007 takes for ever to load and asks if a Microsoft program can run on my computer. Help I want to go back to vista

Insert your Vista recovery disc and perform a destructive recovery, everything should revert back to it's factory state.
