Internet explorer not connecting to net - HJT log file

Hi
my g'fs laptop cannot connect to the internet. Im currently have installed AVG 9 Malwarebytes anti-malware
it is wireless and finds a connection but Ie will not load an webpage. also i have trired to hard wire it.

below is the HJT this dump it also showed an error while running " for some reason your system denied wrtie access to the Host file. If any hijacked domains are in this file, HJT may not be able to fix this.

Please download and run this tool.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

when i try to update its show error code 732 (12007,0) i will run malwarebytes and show log still

Hello.
Please check there is no proxy set.

Remove the Proxy setting in Internet Explorer and/or in FireFox.

In Internet Explorer

1. Tools Menu -> Internet Options -> Connections Tab ->Lan Settings > uncheck "use a proxy server" or reconfigure the Proxy server again in case you have set it previously.
   

In Firefox

1. Tools Menu -> Options... -> Advanced Tab -> Network Tab -> "Settings" under Connection > Choose "No Proxy"
   
2. Click the apply button and restart that computer in normal mode.
   

nope still cannot display webpage

Please go to Start, and in the search box, type in "Run".
When it finds the run command, right click, and select > Run as administrator.

When the Run command opens, type in: netsh winsock reset

Hit enter, and reboot the machine.
