Some email that I receive comes through garbled. I've noticed that is is usually on an email where the "To" field is blank or shows "undisclosed recepients", although this may just be a coincidence. Another similarity is these emails seem to come through Yahoo. Is there something I can adjust to make these emails readable? I've enclosed a partial example.

Hello,

Those e-mails are most probably spam or junk mails. It might be caused when the mail did not pass properly through the spam filter and land up in your inbox.

Both instances that I am concerned about are actual friends sending me stuff, so it it not some arbitrary email address. In trying on my own to fix this, I had previously added them to my safe senders list, which didn't help. If Outlook sees it as spam, is there a setting I'm missing that would allow these to come through so they can be read? Is there a tweak to my virus protection program that needs to be made?

I was thinking it had something to do with the format in which they were sending information or the BCC "undisclosed recepients"

Hello,

It might be the mail provider you are using which is filtering it out as spam. For example if you are using gmail, you have to "allow" the recipients or add them to your contact list.
