antivirus system pro/nuqel.e and bankerfox.a problem

I have problems with antivirus system pro/nuqel.e and bankerfox.a, i tried reading your guides for removal... but the thruth is my pc does not allow me to open anyfiles.... as soon as as triy to open a file tells me security warning and that the file i try to open is infected. The problem started 2 days ago. I usually use firefox but since the problem internet explorer opens to viagra pages and adult sites by itself. I would appreciate any help i can get.

• Double-click on exeHelper.com or exeHelper.scr to run the fix.
  
• A black window should pop up, press any key to close once the fix is completed.

Hello I tried download exehelper with firefox and it says this download has been blocked by your security zone policy raktor.net. I tried internet explorer and It does not connect to the internet. let me know whats the next step, thanks Belahzur!!

Ok i changed security settings and i can download file, but once i open file i get a window that says exehelper.exe has encounter a problem and needs to close, we are sorry for the inconvenience it has a debug and send error report and dont sent buttons.

What security program blocked it in the first place? can you disable that program?
