Strange Explorer.exe

Hi,
Each time Explorer.exe crashes, and it happens a lot but you dont notice cos it reloads immedietly, I now get a box that says
"Explorer.exe - Application Falure
The application failed to initialize properly (0x0000022) Click OK to terminate the application"
and I end up with a blank screen. I have tried restarting it from the task manager, but get the same message, so I have to reboot everytime.
Anyone any ideas?

Try this: Start >> Run >> cmd. Type in:

CACLS C:\WINDOWS\Explorer.exe /E /G BUILTIN\Users:R

Hit Enter.
