Hi, im new to this forum. I have recently got the Security Tool Malware, (i know there are other threads on this topic, but this is a different issue.) I have successfully removed it, This is how i did it.
I used Alt + F4 to close the Program, then i downloaded Malwarebytes Anti-Malware from Download.com and deleted everything it found, then ran SUPERanti-spyware PRO and deleted everything it found, also i used The manual method to check all the /app data and Registry entries to clean everything out completely. I do not get the Security Tool popup when i start up my Comp, so that is fȋxed.

Here is my problem, nȯne of my games, (BF2, Steam app, CSS, HL2), nothing works. I double click them, i get a black screen and then a CTD. Another issue is when i use IE to search for something like, "spyware removal" or "how to remove Security Tool" i would click on a site and i would be redirected to another hacker/infected/POS site. So this tells me i still have the Internet Optimizer Adware, but i cant seem to find and remove it. And last, when i use any webpage and i want to scroll its not smooth, its like the computer lags a lot. Its really laggy, and very annoying. It only started doing this after virus.

Thanks for all the help guys.
