trojan.unknown origin and trojan.agent.gen

superantispyware are picking these up and cannot delete them. my system restore is unable to deactivate and i need help! i am completely unsavvy with pcs so i am relying on you guys! many thanks in advance

• Open HijackThis
  
• Choose "Do a system scan only"
  
• Check the boxes in front of these lines:

• Close Hijack This.
  

Please download and run this tool.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.

How is the machine running now? this looks fine to me.

it running fine except the shut down and start up waas really laggy when i did it. is this normal, have updated java with your link. am i clear doc??? once again thanks for the help. x

You have a lot running at startup there, and Vista is a bigger OS than XP is, so it requires more upto date hardware to run smoothly.
