I know its me and my isp problem. I wouldn't have posted if they solved my problem. I don't even know if this is a right forum to post on. Anyways to the point... My ISP quarantined my internet connection. Meaning I can't go web browsing or download. If I try to go on browser, a message pops up about internet abuse. Message from my ISP. It says its either a unwanted internet activity or a virus (unintentional) according to their message. so I scanned my computer but no virus found(Avast). So I called my isp and they told me to reformat my computer and I think that's way too unnecessary. Anyone?
