Save Defend

Hi, i followed the guide here on how to remove save defend and it didn't work that well for me.
Malwarebytes said that it deleted it and i restarted my computer after the scan but save defender is still here and it's still giving me pop ups that i have spyware and malware bytes keeps giving icon pop ups saying that it blocked access to malicious IP. and it keeps poping up like every minute.
please help me!

Please download the current version of HijackThis from HERE

• Double click and run the installer.
  
• It will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\hijackthis.exe
  
• After installing, you should get the user agreement, press accept and Hijack This will run.
  
• Select Do a system scan and save a log file. This will open a notepad file of everything Hijack This found, copy and paste it back here.
