I read your post and it shouldn't say anything about free user because it's a free version. Please try to download it again, and see if it will work. If it does not try Doctor Inferno's advice:

Hi safan, i downloaded it now its on my screen and in my programs but cannot get it too do anything, im in safe mode if this makes a difference as this is the only way to stop the personal av from coming up at the mo
