! Firefox Problem !

Hey Guys, recently my firefox was crashing right after i open it, it opens Crash Reporter, i sent an report, but Mozilla didnt reply me. I reinstalled firefox many times, but it didnt work. I use firefox most of the times, it is the best browser ever! And now i cant use it at all. I even deleted the extensions for firefox in %APPDATA%, but its still not working, but Firefox seems to be running fine in Safe Mode. Oh yeah, recently my Antivirus caught 1,621 viruses in my computer, its in .tmp files, the viruses is Backdoor.Trojan and another one which i dont remember, but my antivirus deleted them all. Can you guys help me with my Firefox problems?

Let try to completely uninstall Firefox.

Start >> Control Panel >> Add/Remove Programs >> Uninstall Firefox. During the uninstallation, check the Remove my Firefox personal data and customizations box. (Remember to backup any data first)

Navigate to C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox and delete anything in that folder if there is any.

Delete the following directories if they still exist:
C:\Documents and Settings\%User Profile%\Application Data\Mozilla
C:\Documents and Settings\%User Profile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla


Next, delete the registry keys. Start >> Run >> Regedit, Delete the following keys:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\FirefoxHTML
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\FirefoxURL\
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Applications\firefox.exe
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Mozilla
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MozillaPlugins
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Mozilla
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\mozilla.org
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MozillaPlugins
