The malware came back.

Now open a new notepad file.
Input this into the notepad file:

ddnsfilter

Save this as CFScript.txt, save it to your desktop also.
Then drag and drop CFScript.txt into combofix as seen below:


This will open combofix again, agree to it's terms and allow it to run.
It may want to reboot after it's done. (It will warn you if it wants to)
Post the resulting log back here.

How is the machine running now?

Everything seems fine and the computer is not slow anymore, but when someone sends me a file through skype it takes forever to download where before it only took a few seconds. Does this have anythign to do with the virus?

Try uninstalling Skype and then re-install it.
Malware can always do damage, big or small.

Do you reccommend I do a windows xp install again on my pc or should I be okay?
