windows protection suite

I have a virus on my pc called Windows Protection Suite. I have tried using a program called PC Guard from my ISP here in the UK to remove it and it has quarantined two files but was unable to quarantine another. It has asked me to delete it but it's not listed. It should be in Windows\System32\ and is called uzyyemka.dll. Where is it?? Also, I tried the program 'Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware' to remove this horrendous Windows Protection Suite, but it's still there. Can anyone help? It's driving me nuts.
