Virus found Win32/Cryptor

Windows XP
we have the personal antivirus and IE 8 that somehow got downloaded on the laptop. We couldn't get the AVG to run so I first reverted back to IE 7 that helped with getting AVG to run. We then ran AVG it was unable to get rid of the following. I have tried to get the malwarebytes it acts like it has downloaded but nothing happends.

Edit: Am I still suppose to have the AVG Anitvirus off? Sorry just worried about something else getting on it before It gets fixed. If so no worries I will just leave the internet connection turned off or the Laptop it self until then.

Turn AVG back on now.

Click Start > Run and copy/paste the following bolded text into the Run box and click OK:

ComboFix /u



This will also reset your restore points.

How is the machine running now?

AVG ran and no threats found
