another system security problem

Hi,
I had the system security virus for the last couple of days. It wouldn't let me do anything until I was able to install Process Explorer by renaming it and then shutting down the system security process. After that I was able to use Malwarebytes to detect and remove the virus. I've also installed the hijack this. I want to make sure this thing is really gone. Because for the most part everything is running fine however my computer has restarted on its own about four times today and I get the message that says the system has recovered from a serious error. I've tried sending the error report but it says the error report is corrupted. Here is the log from hijack this:

• Choose "Do a system scan only"

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Hello.
How is the machine running? log looks ok.

It seems to be running fine,but I'm still experiecing the computer restarting on its own and then the message that the system has recovered from a serious error. This problem was happening before the virus so it must be unrelated and a separate issue.

Okay, lets uninstall some old software, then we'll see if we can dig up anything about the restarting problems.

• Open HijackThis.
  
• When Hijack This opens, click "Open the Misc Tools section"
  
• Then select "Open Uninstall Manager"
  
• Click on "Save List..." (generates uninstall_list.txt)
  
• Click Save, copy and paste the results in your next post.

I ask because I used to get this error alot, turns out Folder Locker was causing it.

I can't think of any programs that I've installed other than those. I'm having trouble removing the ones you told me to remove the java update 3 5 and 7. I've got all but one of those removed but for some reason it just won't remove it. Also I think I still have a virus on here. I've noticed on the internet that when you do a search and click on the search results that it redirects to another page sometimes it takes me to a site that looks like the my computer screen and it says that the computer is infected. Malwarebytes doesn't turn up anything. But I ran the spyware doctor program and it showed the trojan.virtumonde on there I deleted it. I was reading that that trojan hides out in the java updates sometimes so I'm wondering if that's why I can't remove the program. I also have computer associates internet security and it keeps saying that it is unable to update. I'm also getting this message at startup, "One of the files containing the system's Registry data had to be recovered by use of a log or alternate copy. The recovery was successful." So this machine seems to have a lot of problems right now. Thanks for your help.

How is the machine running now?

The machine seems to be running good now. At least at hasn't shut down on me since I ran that combo fix. Before I did that the machine shut down 4 times this morning and it hasn't done it since. But so far so good.
