Windows antivirus pro and others

i have many vithat allow me to do little to nothing on my computer. I believe i have windows antivirus pro, windows antivirus 2010, winsecure pro, and i'm sure i have others. i have used malwarebytes in the past but now i can't open it so when i reinstall and launch automatically the scan lasts about 2 seconds and exits. i also tried download hijack this to post a log but i am not able to open it. please i don't know what to do and this has beeen really frustrating me and if i could get a quick response i would be very appreciative

Please download the current version of HijackThis from HERE

• Double click and run the installer.
  
• It will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\hijackthis.exe
  
• After installing, you should get the user agreement, press accept and Hijack This will run.
  
• Select Do a system scan and save a log file. This will open a notepad file of everything Hijack This found, copy and paste it back here.

i never got a user agreement but the icon shows up on my computer when i try to run it i get various errors such as
"Application cannot b eexecuted. THe file desot.exe is infected. DO you want to activate you antivirus software now?"
i always click no since i know this is caused by the virus
also sometime the program wont start at all without an error too

Now when you run things, do you get an "open with.." box?

1. Please download The Avenger by Swandog46 to your Desktop

• Click on Avenger.zip to open the file
  
• Extract avenger.exe to your desktop
  

2. Copy all the text contained in the code box below to your Clipboard by highlighting it and pressing (Ctrl+C):

3. Now, start The Avenger program by clicking on its icon on your desktop.

• Under "Input script here:", paste in the script from the quote box above.
  
• Leave the ticked box "Scan for rootkit" ticked.
  
• Then tick "Disable any rootkits found"
  
• Now click on the Execute to begin execution of the script.
  
• Answer "Yes" twice when prompted.

• The Avenger will also have backed up all the files, etc., that you asked it to delete, and will have zipped them and moved the zip archives to C:\avenger\backup.zip.

before i do this could this cause seriuos damage to my computer?i kinda nervous about it.

what should happen once i delete that file?

sorry if i am being a little frustrating it's just that i like to figure out what would happen before i do it so i can help prevent any problems

This is new malware, but we know how to beat it now, but as you saw, it seriously limits what we can do to beat it... leaving us with no choice but to override everything by using a more powerful tool.

I've beaten this before with no problems, it's fine, I know how to beat it and where it's hiding.
