Here is the first post I put under New Menbers and then was sent here,

Thanks for being here. I used to use Castlecops, but I see they are gone, so I am glad I found you. I have removed Antivirus 2010 and most files associated with it. I am stuck with 2 files which are located in C:\FOUND.012\FILE.00003.chk\install.exe and C:FOUND.013\FILE.0020.chk\install.exe.
Both these files show up when I run an "Avast" scan, but Avast can neither move or delete them. They are both listed as: Infection Win32Neredr(Drp). Please note that Malwarebytes does not show them. I would appreciate any help I can get.I have already run Hijack this and Combo Fix and they are still there.
Thanks

Avast says:
C:\_OTM\MovedFiles\08092009_221052\--\install.exe Infection:(Drp)
Error occured during file deleting. The operation is not supported for this type of archive.

This shows twice.

Hello.
Don't worry about that anymore, the _OTM folder is the quarantine area for OTMoveIt. We'll use the tools special clean up routine and it will delete that folder.

We can remove OTMoveIt now.

  • Please double-click OTM.exe to run it again.
  • Press the green CleanUp! button.
  • Press Yes cleanup process prompt, do the same for the reboot prompt.
How is the machine running now?
