I need help removing the Win32TrojanTdss

I am new to removing viruses. I have run hijack this and here is what I got:

After looking at some other people that had the same problem I tried installing malwarebytes. It freezes up during the installation so I'm not sure where to go from here.

• Choose "Do a system scan only"

Please download and run this tool.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Post the contents of the MBAM Log.

Thanks for the reply. I am unable to install Malwarebytes. The installation seems to freeze up part way through even if I save it under a different name. Any suggestions?

I ran the hijack this program. The lines you said to check off were not listed in the report. I'm getting ready now to do the combofix step.

Since running combofix I was able to finally run spotbot search and destroy. That found a few more issues. I am going to run malwarebytes as well to see if that finds anything. Is there anything else that you need me to do? Thanks for all your help as well.

How is the machine running now?

As far as I can tell everything looks good. If there is anything else you think I should do then I'd love to hear it. If not then thank you very much for your help. This was definitely one of the more nastier viruses I've come across.
