Got some spyware or malware infection ive done all the java ,adobe installs and windows updates. When i run hijackthis it runs seems like its doing the scan then the program vanishes in 2 seconds. Spybot and malawarebytes also start then vanish.

Please download the current version of HijackThis from HERE

• Double click and run the installer.
  
• It will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\hijackthis.exe
  
• After installing, you should get the user agreement, press accept and Hijack This will run.
  
• Select Do a system scan and save a log file. This will open a notepad file of everything Hijack This found, copy and paste it back here.
  

Ive Tried to run hijakThis the program starts then vanishes.

Followed all the step renaming to combo-fix. Click the install its starts a blue loading line then it vanishes.

I Tryed that version. Hit scan and save log file it started then vanished.

Does it show a "permission denied" box?

Nope no box it just goes away. Now trying to do anything is imposssible. I get a running application is impossible file/c ect ect is infected message now when i try to do anything. Also there is a new popup windows anti virus pro.

Try running Hijack This now, do you get an "open with" box?

deleted file tryed running hijackthis i have it at choose application to open with. Sometimes i get that window when i try to install or it shows the program window like in this link http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/tools/security_tools/hijackthis/qsg if i hit scan it starts then vanishes. I have to use task manager to shut the windows anti virus pro pop process from stopping me from doing anything. i do that between steps in downloading and installing other wise nothing will work it gets blocked.

That Hijack This file I asked you to download has to be changed from an exe file to something else.

Can you see file extensions? do you see a .exe on the end of the winlogon file?

I deleted the desot exe file. i can see exe on the winlogon file in download. which download am i to change?

Right click the winlogon.exe file I asked you to download, and select "Rename"

Remove .exe (DOTexe) and add .com (DOTcom)

The icon will change to a blank like icon, that is normal.
Now see if you can run it.

posting from another pc now any program i try to use opens a black window like a dos prompt. I cant do anything

ok when i try to use any program ecpet for internet explorer i get a black screen like a dos prompt

Does it say too big for memory?

Getting a blue screen error now each time i try and reboot.

Damn, looks like this virus has eaten it too bad, if it's the infection I'm starting to see a lot of.

will reformating fix this? If so any links here for help with that?
