well,my friend had bought a brand new computer..,and he used omething called Windows OME!could i have a description on it?

Are you sure it's OME and not OEM?

I got Vista Ultimate OEM with my PC. It basically means it's pre-activated and you don't need to hassle with a Product Key when the company installs it and when you reinstall if needs be.
