I see that you are running Limewire.
P2P(Peer to peer) applications are designed to help you easily share and distribute files between you and a group of people. But they can also be used to distribute malware, and thus are not considered safe.
The removal of these programs is optional, but highly recommended.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove the following programs.

Now open a new notepad file.
Input this into the notepad file:

Save this as CFScript.txt, save it to your desktop also.
Then drag and drop CFScript.txt into combofix as seen below:

I followed all your instruccions, but when I open Internet Explorer it takes for ever to download the home page, I did clean all temp files, browsing history and cookies too. There is anything else I can do?

Press Start > Run.
Type in cmd, then press enter.

At the DOS prompt execute the following commands, one by one.
Press the enter key after each entry.

regsvr32 urlmon.dll
regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 Msjava.dll
regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
regsvr32 Browseui.dll
regsvr32 Shell32.dll

Type Exit press enter to return the operating mode.

Reboot normally.
