When turning on my Hp I get 2 warnings

1. rundll32.exe-bad image - The a;;lication or DLL C:/Windows/utagoweli.dll is not a valid Windows image.

2. RUNDLL: eRROR LOADING c:wINDOWS UTAGOWELI.DLL%1 IS NOTA VALID wIN32 application

Insert your XP CD, navigate to the I386 folder and find for themeui.dl_
Copy it to the C:\windows\system32\ directory.
