I need help with System Security Removal...

This started yesterday, and I can't seem to kick it. I ran AntiMalware and it found two files with the quick scan, and I deleted those. Restarted the computer and same stuff came back. It won't allow me to open any programs and the wireless connection is disabled. I am trying a full scan with AntiMalware right now. Here is the log from Hijack This....

Viewpoint Manager is considered as foistware instead of malware since it is installed without users approval but doesn't spy or do anything "bad". Read this article: here and here

I suggest you remove the program now.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove the following programs if present.

• Viewpoint Manager (remove only)
  
• Viewpoint Media Player
  
• Viewpoint Toolbar
  

Next,

• Open HijackThis

• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)

Ok, followed all of the above instructions and it seems to have taken care of the majority of the problems. However, I have since run a full scan with AVG and with MBAM and successfully deleted and quarantined all infections or dangerous files. Now, the computer is running much better, and there are no "visible" signs of infection (popups, disabling of applications, etc), but now I can't access the internet with either firefox or IE. It says that my wireless connection is excellent, blah blah blah. I ran another HiJackthis scan and the results are as follows:

Is there anything you can tell by looking at that which would cause me to be unable to access anything online? I am unable to update anything or connect to instant messaging type services. Thanks again for all your assistance!

Please download the LSPfix from here: LSPFix
Unzip it to the Desktop (Important!!) and run it. Check the box that says "I know what I'm doing", and then select each instance of "lsp.dll" in the left-hand panel and click >> button to move it to the right-hand panel. Then click Finish to allow LSPfix to rebuild the LSP chain.

Unzipped to the desktop and clicked "I know what I'm doing"....
This is what showed up in the program:

Left Side:
mswsock.dll Tcpip
winrnr.dll NTDS
mdnsNSP.dll mdnsNSP
rsvpsp.dll (Protocal handler)

Right Side:
lsp.dll (Protocol handler)

So, I don't need to change it correct? Just proceed and click Finish?

Yes, just click finish if the lsp.dll is already in the right side.
