I do need help with this virus. I have tried several things to see if I can eliminate it but with no avail. I have tried to log into safe mode and I get a message that say "We apologize for the inconvenience, but windows did not start correctly..." This virus does not let me do anything. I am unable to get into the internet, open task manager, etc. I would really appreciat your help. Than you

Yes, I do have a USB memory stick to download transfer tool.
