I am looking to get a dell laptop with windows vista and all the extra programs (word, powerpoint etc.). Can anyone suggest one for about £350 - £400?

Honestly I do not suggest dell laptops; they are the worst about cooling problems.

Laptops don't usually come under £400. You would be looking for Netbooks in this case.
