Used MBAM to remove Toseeka, internet is broken.

I recently got a case of Toseeka and I already tried to remove it using Malwarebytes Anti Malware. Now the internet is just a blank page. I'm posting from the laptop and I have my usb drive on me; I've got Hijack this on the usb and I've put it on the desktop computer. Keep in mind I have to run back and forth so this might complicate things. Anyways, I ran it and here's the hijackThis log.

Edit 1:
Just glanced through the log and saw this

O10 - Broken Internet access because of LSP provider 'c:\windows\system32\1278437.dll' missing

So MBAM removed the dll because it was infected and now the internet is broken..?

Edit 2:
Further research tells me that that is normal for a system running Nod32?
Or not! I checked the quarantine and sure enough, 1278437.dll is in it.

Edit 3:
Sadly I deleted the MBAM log, sorry. It had a few registry errors and the like.
I ran it again and it came up clean; so I assume that the computer is fine other than the internet being kaput.

Edit 4:
I looked in taskmanager and found a suspicious exe running, sjubj.exe

Just some other information. As soon as I ran the .exe where I got this virus from, windows firewall instantly shutdown and Nod32 as well. Nod32 would not start up again and I ran MBAM. It came up with 5 entries that I told it to fix. I restarted the computer and Nod32 would run, but the internet was down. I ran Nod32 and it came up with a few more entries which were quarantined.

Edit 5: Even more entries tell me this is normal and it's just a winsock problem. Everything I've read says I should delete the old winsock, winsock2 in the registry and try to get my OS to generate new shell entries by restarting the computer. I wont do this without confirmation though.

I decided to go ahead and delete the winsocks and get a new TCP. Everything is working ok now. Thanks for your help; without HijackThis I probably wouldn't have been able to figure it out.
