Userinit.exe infection Trojan horse Generic 12 BTJO

Hi Guys

Wonder if you can help me remove the infection found by AVG 8.5 I'm loathe to simply use Malwarebytes to remove the infected file as I understand this file controls login procedures.

Pleas see below the output of the Combofix

Everything went well and aside from the buttock clenching moment when the recovery console was being installed and my desire was to click something to find out what was happening (which I didn't), the experience was great. All cleaned and to quote the bubble-blowing kid in The Incredibles - "That was totally wicked"

I also verified the output of the combo fix by running Malwarebytes which confirmed 0 infections
