Thanks for the welcome. I'm old but pretty computer literate. Question: I purchased a new computer with a Vista and Outlook 2007 and when I try to open an internet link in a message, I get the error message "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." I'm the system administrator (I'm the only one on this computer. Help?
