Christos : Hello I am a freelance graphics designer

Post by Christos on Fri 03 Jul 2009, 6:49 am

Did the title troubles you?
I am just another guy who likes to call himself a freelance graphics designer.. Unique like another 500.000 people around the world who use Photoshop and GIMP or another graphics computer program.
My name is Christos Floros, aged 15 ( maybe i hide some..maybe not) you find it out.. 13/11/93
I have been visiting this site for about 1 year now..yes, although never registered, from what i remember, maybe i ll find an old account some day.
I found you of course from GeeksPolice hosting service.

My opinion on the website, is that it looks good and clean.
You are not getting lost, lots of helpful topics, which I might use to get running my old XP faster. *I am on a mac now*

So thanks for letting me joining you guys^^

Regards,

Christos

Is there a reason you are using Mac instead? I know lots of designers use Mac and I don't know why.

Thanks guys for the welcome

@ Agent Cosmic Average semi proffesional Computer Graphics Designers are using Mac because of its Standard High Quality Graphics Card and other capabilities that in a Windows PC you will need to find and intergrate by yourself.
Proffesionals though work on special computers run by Windows and high-tech / high resolution Screens.

A Mac offers a lot to designers , specially the iMac with their 19' or 22i inces screen. Again, programs run differently in Mac and are more userfriendly to those who do not want to get confused in the details and difficulties and capabilities of Windows
