Malware Doctor is undefeatable! PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Hi!

I have been battling with Malware Doctor for about 2 weeks now. I already had Malwarebytes Anti-Malware installed and was running regular scans. However once Malware Doctor was installed I have run scans (both quick and full) at least 4 times a day. They sometimes pick up MD and state that it will be deleted on a reboot. However after starting up again the computer seems fine for up to 4 hours before MD rears its ugly head again. At the suggestion of other sites I have installed Spyware Doctor which seems to be even less inefficient at removing it, most times stating that no infections or only mild infections were found and removed easily without even having to reboot!
Please help me!!! Nothing else is working!!!!

Please download the current version of HijackThis from HERE

• Double click and run the installer.
  
• It will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\hijackthis.exe
  
• After installing, you should get the user agreement, press accept and Hijack This will run.
  
• Select Do a system scan and save a log file. This will open a notepad file of everything Hijack This found, copy and paste it back here.
