CONNECTING MONITOR TO 5.1 SURROUND

HI

I have an ASUS VK222H which has a green and black jack pins

I also have logitech x-540 surround sound

What i want is to get 5.1 off the monitor (coz my x-box 360 is connected to it)

How can this be achieved?

Coz right now the only way i get sound is by pugging in the black pin and only getting 2.1 sound from the back speakers, 3 dont make a sound

The thing is i need sound straight from the monitor to the 5.1 surround

There is no PC involved coz the monitor for the XBOX 360

Any ideas on this?

A monitor doesn't have an audio ports. I don't think this is possible.

Buy an audio switcher/splitter?

I think i need an RCA Cable,

But i am not sure if that would do the trick
