Dr.Watson virus?

So I was cleaning up my computer, deleting files from start menu, add/removing programs. Then i get:

"Internet explorer has encountered an error" You know the standard error message. And:
"Dr.watson32.exe has encountered an error" Check my processes and 2 dr.watsn32.exe is running. I stop the processes and come on here.

I googled it and it said it was dangerous but I don't see it in my hijackthis log.

In addition, any idea where the people who made my computer put the virtual image of the windows xp disc. They used Nero to back up the windows xp install disc and didn't give me the actual disc. And i don't know where they put the file or how to use it
