Win32/Nuqel.E plus BankerFox.A?

Hi There,
Have same problem as another 'post'. Spyware 2009 wants me to 'renew' saying my computer is infected. Constantly get the same popup 'alerts' and have to X out of them. At first I couldn't access any websites, then I downloaded Norton Antivirus 2009 (uninstalled outdated PC-cillin) and updated Spybot. Spybot cleared up the website access but even with Norton AntiVirus active, I still have this annoying Win32/Nuqel.E alert popup. Another pop up says I have BankerFox.A.
Have read the other posts but don't know what a 'stick' is......if I have to use whatever this is..hopefully you guys can clarify this for me!
