Dell All in One 964 Printer / Not printing properly

I am having problems printing. The alignment of the text and lines are off. Is there anything I can do to get it back to normal. I did install updates to Internet Explorer 7. I don't know if that had anything to do with it. Thank you.

Start >> All Programs >> Dell Printers, Dell All in One 964 Printer Dell Printer Solution Center.

Click Maintenance tab and then click Align to fix blurry edges. Click Print.

The printer will align pictures and text and your printings should be aligned now.
