Never ends..

I've just reformatted my computer, completely clean install. I have installed very few programs. I've done the latest windows update, and done a full scan with Super Anti spyware, and it picked up a trojan under the name a0010487.exe

Is this anything to be worried about, I notice many of these files before in my system restore folder on my external.
Is it actually part of windows/microsoft?

System restore is harmless unless you actually use a system restore point.
