descriptionSolvedComp sloooow and now can't connect to Internet

more_horiz
About two days ago I was on youtube and the videos started loading slow and I chalked it up to alot of people on the net, but it seemed to be all video sites and then yesterday the same thing happened but later on yesterday it seemed every page started going slow. Now as for this morning, the same, every page going slow and when I tried to download AVG Antivirus things it said it was going to take 2 hours to download 58mb Shocking Whoa So I cancelled that to retry and when I went back to the AVG site it went to the try again page. I found that odd so I came here and it took forever to load so I closed my browser and tried to get back on and I couldn't. Every page says Connection Inturrupted or Try Again Sad tearing
I had remembered I had already downloaded AVG so installed it and ran a scan and it found 3 problems and got rid of them and then I ran that Malware program that I learned about from here and it found nothing (quick scan though). After that I still can't get on the net. I don't know what's wrong.
Here's my HJ log:

Hello.
There is signs of an infection, the infection is rather sneaky and uses the name of a legit service, meaning if we kill the infection, we kill the machine too.

I recommend a full format and re-install.

Use blank DVD's or an external drive to back stuff up onto.
Then format the machine.
