Start >> Run >> Regedit >> Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\
Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\MSCONFIG.EXE

On the right pane, Check if the path is correct:

D:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\MSConfig.exe

If it doesn't work, see this:

One more thing doc!! could you help me get rid of "microsoft genuine advantage tool", it came with an update
since i installed MS office 2003 from one of my friends CD i suppose the lic key was not genuine
so this thing now keeps nagging and popping up saying that this copy of MS office is not geniune. However
everthing is running fine, I just want to remove this..... so that the nagging pop up stops, but i cannot see it
uninstall list and also it does not show up in MSCONFIG??

Pls help

I can't help you remove the genuine advantage tool.

Do you have a Windows XP CD?

Hello.
Put your XP CD in, then go to Start > Run, type in cmd and press enter.

In the command prompt, type this in exactly as seen otherwise this won't work:
expand X:\i386\msconfig.ex_ C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\MSConfig.exe

Note: Replace X with your CD drive letter.
