Help to wipe Trojan

Hey, i have got a trojan on my laptop called Trojan.Brisv.A!ine
i have run the scan download from this site and it still wont go
i cannot restore or use a back up since i never made one when i got my laptop last month
is there anything i can do since i dont want to have to wipe my laptop since i dont have anything backed up?
i think it comes from a recieved file i have had since everytime a try to delete it, it wont let me because it is "being used" in another application
