Lots of problems on PC

Hello.
How is the machine now?

Most of the services are still disabled and the desktop icons have all gone and can only be accessed via the taskbar. That might be a Vista setting but I don't use Vista so not sure where to find that without digging.

PC still can't see network cable (think thats a service disabled)

I don't use Vista neither. I also don't know what the service is called, so can't research it.
You may have to find it manually, use this guide if needed.

OK, thanks. Do you know how to change all services to automatic?

Right click the service in question > Properties.
There should be a "startup type" drop down box.
One option should be automatic.

Yeah, I've done that for a few. But was wondering if you can select all and set to automatic instead of going through one by one.

Sorry, don't think you can do that.
(Or if you can, then I don't know how. )
