Hello I cannot seem to connect to Netgear. I was able to earlier in the day. I disconnected netgear from a desktop that we no longer use, as we have 2 laptops. But after 3 hours and many phone calls to my cable provider and netgear I still cannot connect. Netgear has offered for $90 to help me. But honestly I was hoping to be able to figure it out. So right now I have my laptop connected directly to my cable modem, which of course does not give me any portability. If someone could help me I would just appreciate it so much. Thanks Cynthia
