HELP ,I AM LOCKED OUT OF VISTA

ok so i made a password on vista and then locked the PC like 5 mins later

it for some reason it says that it is wrong

so i went into safe mode but then realised that it is not like the XP safe mode where you can still access the PC without a password

so i installed XP to get to here and ask this

i can access all the vista files whilst im on XP

is there anything i can do to remove my password

i have XP and to get to vista will do a repair install so that i can get the bootloader back
