Hello.
Before we can remove the malware, we have a few outstanding things that will cause more problems.

You are running two AV's, this is a bad idea as they can conflict and cause problems. I see AVG and Sophos.
I would recommend that you remove AVG8 to avoid conflict and other future problems.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove the following programs if present.

  • AVG8

AVG8 should now be removed from your system.

I see that you are running Bearshare.
P2P(Peer to peer) applications are designed to help you easily share and distribute files between you and a group of people. But they can also be used to distribute malware, and thus are not considered safe.
The removal of these programs is optional, but highly recommended.
Should you choose to remove them, but you are having trouble doing so, please let me know in your next post here and I will aid you.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove the following programs if present.

  • Bearshare

I see that you are running A poker program.
While the program maybe legit, they use popups and other items like that instead of regular website ads. While the popups may not be malicious, clicking them will lead you to malicious websites where you will get infected.
I recommend you remove PartyGaming/PartyPoker too.

Once you have done that, please post a new Hijack This log.
