So I did some malware removal yesterday, which apparently changed a few permissions on my computer. I'm trying to print stuff today, and I get an error message saying "Communication Not Available - the printer cannot communicate with the computer". I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, both didn't fix the problem. I have a feeling this might be due to the changed parameters from the malware removal, but not necessarily sure. The printer itself is not faulty, as I can scan and stuff perfectly fine. Also, I've tried connecting to all USB ports on the PC, and none work, despite other USB devices like my external hard drive working fine. Help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
