Trojan.Zlob.G - What is it?

I have seen many topics being posted on GeekPolice relating to the removal of Trojan.Zlob.G. So I thought that you guys may be curious about what it does etc.

This malware will trick you into installing Perfect Defender 2009 by asking you to download and activate installation. If you are infected with Perfect Defender 2009, you can find the malware removal guide here.

Trojan.Zlob.G is a Trojan horse that may download and execute remote files and redirect the Internet Explorer home page and search page.

Wow! I got this and I thought I had a virus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So for the last 3 hours ive been trying to get rid of it!
Instead of Trojan.Zlob.G mine was Win32.Zafi.B!
Same screen, same internet screenshot... so i started my computer in Safe Mode and went into registery editor and followed all these steps and I wondered why the files i was spose to delete WEREN'T THERE!!!

I just trolled this forum and there is a thread here!
WOW THAT IS SO ANNOYING AND IRRITATING!!!
