Computer keeps on making weird noises

My computer keeps on turning to a blank screen and sometimes it restarts on it own and now I'm using a laptop instead of my usual computer. My main computer will turn blank after around 2 minutes after it is switch on and afterwards it will keep on making weird noises like "BEEP" and it goes on and on. Any advice on what should I do? And I dont think I will have time to run Hijack and post on my main computer.

I wouldn't bother with Hijack This, sounds more like a hardware issue.

The beep codes - can you tell us more about it?
how many beeps?
fast or slow?
example: 2 fast 1 short

Moved to hardware.

It is a slow long beep follow by another and now the keyboard doesn't seems to work(Note I'm still using another computer).

It seems like it doesn't BEEP any more and no more blank screen just that the keyboard doesn't work.

These "beeps" you are talking about, does it happen at boot or when the computer has already booted? I have a feeling the "beeps" are caused by a key being hold down probably because of a shock.

Giving us your BIOS version will help track down the culprit!

The most common offender is a bad RAM module or PSU!

To Doc, it doesn't Beep anymore and to digitalocksmith I instill it but I dont know how to use it.

Just run through it like any soft app......you will soon be able to locate your bios information that we need!

After installing it, how exactly do I run it. It shows icons of Computer, Motherboard, Display, Multimedia, Storage, Network, DirectX, Devices, Benchmark. Can you tell me the steps to show the bio info u need?

Haven't ran it for a while now but your BIOS is firmware located within the chipset on the motherboard, so i would access the motherboard option given and locate your bios version from there!

Other ways to find this info:

Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Information. Here you will find System Summary on the left and its contents on the right. Find the BIOS Version option and your BIOS flash version displayed.

Also, you could scan the registry for this information.

When Windows loads, it stores the main computer BIOS and video BIOS following information under the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWAR\EDESCRIPTION\System registry subkey:

SystemBiosDate
SystemBiosVersion
VideoBiosDate
VideoBiosVersion
