the file....is corrupt and unreadable u must run chkdsk utility

Type in:
cmd
Press enter.
Tye in:
chkdsk
Press enter.

Allow it to run and reboot if it asks.

convert lost chains to files(y/n)
on writing yes or no
he asked me again
c/documents and setting/
