infected with the troj/rustok-n also can not update

My son or wife has some how infected our home computers all 3 of them even my laptop. I can not update vista, windows defender, kaspersky, malwarebyt, or any of the other protection on my pc's also I get this winiGuard pop up alert and then I will get a memory low warning .. This happens on all of my computers please help ....
