Unable to delete win32.tidserv

Hello,
I have tried everything to get this worm or malware deleted, however it keeps showing up everytime I boot up the computer. I have Symantec endpoint protection. I had tried turning the system restore off, rebooted in safe mode but symantec didnt allow me to run a scan, deleted all temporary files , ran a disk clean up, hit delete from symantec everytime it shows up. Tried to go to the location of the file (msqpdxwowdtmei.dll) on C:\Windows\System32\ but was unable to find it anywhere, tried to delete infected registry edits but was unable to find them as well. Im desperate, win32.tidserv keeps showing up no matter what i do. Please help, I would really appreciate it.
