Here we go again

I had the Sinowal.Trojan about a month ago. I think it left my computer very very weak for future attacks. I just had spybot run a scan and it deteced TrojanC's and Malware and I had them removed. I'm doing another scan now but I dont think it removed em all cause the same popup came back up. I already have Hijack This, Combo Fix and JavaRa on my comp. What do I do? Also McAfee Removed the Vundo Trojan, 3 Generic Downloaders.x and 1 Generic Downloader.q

Spybot also removed something called Virtualmonde and some other long names i cant remember.

ok I cant exit out of McAfee Security Center. What do I do?

Can you close it via task manager or open it and disable it's script blocking/shield protection.
