I suggest you remove the program now.

• Click Start >> Control Panel.
  
• Under the Programs click Uninstall a Program
  
• Highlight the following:
  
• Viewpoint
  
• Viewpoint Manager
  
• Viewpoint Media Player
  
• Viewpoint Toolbar
  
• Click on the Uninstall/Change button at the top.
  

Please download and run this tool.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

I had actually downloaded Avast! right before asking for your help, my research showed that Trojan/Rustock-N got around av software, so once my Norton ran out, i contacted you and downloaded Avast, which i planned to install after my problem was solved. Your version of Java is outdated and needs to be updated to take advantage of fixes that have eliminated security vulnerabilities.
Updating Java:

• Download the latest version of Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 11.
  
• Select the first option where it says "Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 11".
  
• Click the "Download" button to the right.
  
• In the Window that opens, select your platform and language, check the "agree" box, and click Continue.
  
• Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation and save to your desktop.
  
• Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser.
  
• Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on Add or Remove Programs and remove all older versions of Java.
  
• Check any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.
  - Examples of older versions in Add or Remove Programs:
  - Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2
  - J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0
  - J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 2

i can't find the log file that JavaRa said it created...it says it will open it automatically, but it won't; i went to go check for the file name it gave me, and it wasn't there. Any hints?

Don't worry about the JavaRa, it didn't create because my instructions need modifying for Vista users, the UAC got in the way, but it did it's job.

Alright, so is everything clear or are there a few more steps?
